Summary
Regenerative agriculture has been gaining momentum in the textile industry. Regenerative practices have the potential to play a key role in combating pressing issues – helping farmers develop more resilient systems, bringing immense social and environmental benefits.
However, an array of definitions and differences in practice risk diluting the strength of the concept. In order to understand, measure, and describe regenerative practices it is imperative to develop a common framework.
This Evidensia learning event, in partnership with the Textile Exchange builds on the Textile Exchange’s landscape analysis of regenerative agriculture, adding perspectives of practice from diverse voices.
