The following chapters then present a series of case studies from BP in Azerbaijan, Congolaise Industrielle des Bois in the northern Republic of Congo, the Sakhalin-2 oil and gas project in the Russian Far East, Anglo American, TVIRD in the Philippines, and Kaltim Prima Coal in Indonesia.
