The effect of feed demand on greenhouse gas emissions and farm profitability for organic and conventional dairy farms

Using lifecycle analysis and farm-level evaluations to analyse 81 organic and conventional pasture-based dairy farms in southern Germany, this study explores the opportunities to optimise farm greenhouse gas reductions whilst retaining or improving profitability.
