Fairtrade International sixth impact report explores the effect Fairtrade has had on certified producers and workers, focusing on coffee, cotton, cocoa, flowers, tea, sugar and bananas and the regions of Africa and the Middle East, Asia and Oceania and Latin America and the Caribbean. The data in this report comes from three sources; the main certification database held by FLOCERT, the Fairtrade certification body (for the number, type, and geographical spread of Fairtrade certified producer organizations and product certifications), the reports of audits undertaken and independent in-depth evaluations of Fairtrade's performance (either Fairtrade commissioned or independent).
